
ABOUT MBF, LP
The General Partner for MBF, LP is William Michael Cunningham. Mr. Cunningham is the sole person currently involved in the management and administration of the Fund. In 1990, Mr. Cunningham registered with the SEC has an investment advisor for the purpose of providing socially responsible investment advisory services to institutional investors. In 1992, Mr. Cunningham developed the first securitization under the Community Reinvestment Act, a security offered by Fannie Mae (now Fannie Mae MBS) secured by home mortgage loans originated by minority-owned banks and thrifts. During 2005 and 2006, Mr. Cunningham provided diversity investment advisory services for a $52 million dollar diversity market investment portfolio. Mr. Cunningham is a member of the CFA Institute (formerly AIMR), the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts and the Social Investment Forum, and holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Economics from the University of Chicago.
